In the Atomy compensation plan, members are classified into different types of dealership based on their total purchased volume and commission level received from the company. The different classes are as follows:

Class Sequence and Conditions

1. Sales Rep: A member becomes a Sales Rep by accumulating a total purchased volume (PV) between 10,000 and 299,999 PV.
2. Agent: To become an Agent, a member needs to accumulate a minimum of 300,000 PV or be a Sales Rep with a smaller leg of at least 600,000 PV accumulated in the previous month.
3. Special Agent: A member becomes a Special Agent by accumulating a minimum of 700,000 PV or being an Agent with a smaller leg of at least 1.4 Million PV accumulated in the previous month.
4. Dealer: To become a Dealer, a member needs to accumulate a minimum of 1,500,000 PV or be a Special Agent with a smaller leg of at least 3 Million PV accumulated in the previous month.
5. Exclusive Distributor (E.D): An E.D is achieved by accumulating a minimum of 2,400,000 PV or being a Dealer with a smaller leg of at least 4.8 Million PV accumulated in the previous month.

General Commission

Qualified members will receive 44% of the entire sales PV as their general commission every week. In order to accumulate downline PVs, individuals must first accumulate at least 10,000 PV. The commission is distributed according to the rates set by the company.

Dealership Grades

Dealership grades are determined by the total accumulated PV and form the basis for the daily performance bonuses. The grades are as follows:

1. Grade 1: 50,000,000 PV or more
2. Grade 2: 20,000,000 PV or more
3. Grade 3: 6,000,000 PV or more
4. Grade 4: 2,400,000 PV or more
5. Grade 5: 1,500,000 PV or more
6. Grade 6: 700,000 PV or more
7. Grade 7: 300,000 PV or more
8. Grade 8: 10,000 PV or more

Masters’ Bonus

A 20% commission of the entire sales PV will be distributed to members according to their mastership level. There are different requirements and rates for each mastership level.

Mastership Prerequisite

To achieve Mastership, members must meet certain prerequisites and accumulate a specific number of points. The requirements are as follows:

1. Sales Master: A Special Agent with a minimum of 2.5 million Group PV under each leg. If the total PV of the smaller leg exceeds 300,000 PV, personal PV acquired during the point accumulation period can be added to the smaller leg to achieve Mastership.
2. Diamond Master: A Dealer with a minimum of 2 Sales Masters under each leg.
3. Sharon-Rose Master: An E.D. with a minimum of 2 Diamond Masters under each leg.
4. Star Master: An E.D. with a minimum of 2 Sharon-Rose Masters under each leg.
5. Royal Master: An E.D. with a minimum of 2 Star Masters under each leg.
6. Crown Master: An E.D. with a minimum of 2 Royal Masters under each leg.
7. Imperial Master: An E.D. with a minimum of 2 Crown Masters under each leg.

Rate of Masters’ Bonus

The rate of Masters’ Bonus is determined by the mastership level achieved by the member. The rates are as follows:

1. Sales Master: 10% of total PV distributed equally to Sales Masters.
2. Diamond Master: 5% of total PV distributed equally to Diamond Masters and higher Masterships.
3. Sharon-Rose Master: 2% of total PV distributed equally to Sharon-Rose Masters and higher Masterships.
4. Star Master: 1.2% of total PV distributed equally to Star Masters and higher Masterships.
5. Royal Master: 1% of total PV distributed equally to Royal Masters and higher Masterships.
6. Crown Master: 0.5% of total PV distributed equally to Crown Masters and higher Masterships.
7. Imperial Master: 0.3% of total PV distributed equally to Imperial Masters.

Masters’ Bonus is paid every 7th day after the point accumulation period, which is from the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to the end of the month.

Terms of Promotion

To be promoted to the next Mastership level, members must meet certain conditions and achieve the previous Mastership level multiple times. The prerequisites for each Mastership level include:

• Sales Master, Diamond Master, Sharon-Rose Master: No restrictions on promotion. No conditions for continuous position maintenance. Unlimited timeline (only with valid membership statue). Promotion of two levels in one entry is not permitted beyond the Diamond Master level.
• Star Master, Royal Master, Crown Master, Imperial Master: Must achieve the previous Mastership level three times before being promoted to the next Mastership level.

Mastership Promotion & Incentives

Each Mastership level comes with its own set of incentives and rewards. Here are the incentives for each Mastership level:

• Sales Master: Receive a HemoHIM (1 Set), Atomy The Fame (1 Set), and Atomy Evening Care (1 Set).
• Diamond Master: Receive $1,000 Cash, HemoHIM (1 Set), Atomy The Fame (1 Set), and Atomy Evening Care (1 Set).
• Sharon-Rose Master: Receive $2,000 Cash and 2 Travel Tickets.
• Star Master: Receive $10,000 Cash and 4 Travel Tickets.
• Royal Master: Receive $50,000 Cash, $2,000 per month for sponsorship activities, Car rental fee, and 4 Travel Tickets (10 nights & 11 days).
• Crown Master: Receive $300,000 Cash, $5,000 per month for sponsorship activities, a Luxury car, and 4 Travel Tickets (10 nights & 11 days).
• Imperial Master: Receive $1 Million Cash, $10,000 per month for sponsorship activities, a Luxury car, an Office of Approx. 1700 sq. with a Personal Assistant, a Driver, and 4 Travel Tickets (10 nights & 11 days).

Membership Promotion & Incentives

Membership promotion comes with its own set of incentives and rewards based on the purchase price. Here are the incentives for membership promotion:

1. Products based on purchase price.
2. Sharon-Rose/Star Master Travel Tickets: $1,000 eq/person.
3. Royal/Crown/Imperial Master Travel Tickets: $4,000 eq/person.
4. Car rental fee: $1,000 eq/month.
5. Crown Master Luxury Car: $64,000.
6. Imperial Master Luxury Car: $78,000.
7. Studio apartment rental: $2,500 eq/month.
8. Assistant salary: $1,500 eq/month, Driver Salary: $2,000 eq/month.

Education Commission

The company allocates 6% of a Center’s total PV to cover operational expenses. This commission, known as the Education Commission or Center Commission, is paid to the applicable Center.

Please note that the total amount of commission paid to members cannot exceed 35% of the total sales income. All calculations of commissions and bonuses are automatically set to this limit.
