A Sales Rep is the entry-level dealership classification in Atomy. To become a Sales Rep, an individual must accumulate a minimum of 10,000 PV (purchased volume). Sales Reps receive commissions based on their sales PV and qualify for other incentives and bonuses as they progress in their dealership journey.
Agent
Agents are the next level of dealership classification in Atomy. To become an Agent, individuals must accumulate a minimum of 300,000 PV or have a Sales Rep leg of at least 600,000 PV. Agents enjoy higher commission rates and are eligible for additional incentives and bonuses.

Exclusive Distributors (E.D) are the highest level of dealership classification in Atomy. To become an E.D, individuals must accumulate a minimum of 2,400,000 PV or have a Dealer leg of at least 4.8 Million PV. E.Ds receive the highest commission rates and are eligible for the most exclusive incentives and bonuses.
General Commission
Distribution of entire sales PV
Every week, 44% of the entire sales PV is distributed among qualified Atomy members. The distribution is based on individual PV accumulation and commission levels.
Qualification criteria
To receive commissions, individuals must first accumulate at least 10,000 PV. The qualifying criteria for higher commission levels vary depending on the dealership classification.
Accumulation of downline PVs
In order to accumulate downline PVs, individuals must first qualify by accumulating their own PV. Once qualified, they can start accumulating PVs from their downline, which contributes to their commission earnings.
Masters’ Bonus
Distribution of 20% of entire sales PV
Every 7th day after the point accumulation period, 20% of the entire sales PV is distributed as Masters’ Bonus. This bonus is based on an individual’s mastership level and their group volume PV.
Rate of Masters’ Bonus
The rate of Masters’ Bonus distribution varies based on the mastership level achieved. The higher the mastership level, the higher the bonus rate.
Mastership prerequisites
To achieve and maintain a mastership level, individuals must meet certain prerequisites, including a minimum group PV under each leg and a minimum total PV.
Distribution to different Masterships
Masters’ Bonus is distributed equally among the different mastership levels. Each mastership level receives a certain percentage of the total Masters’ Bonus based on their level.
Point Accumulation Period
1st – 15th, 16th – end of month
The point accumulation period is divided into two halves: the 1st to the 15th of the month and the 16th to the end of the month. PV accumulation during these periods determines eligibility for bonuses and incentives.
Terms of Promotion
Conditions for continuous position maintenance
For certain mastership levels, there are no conditions for continuous position maintenance. However, once promoted to higher mastership levels, individuals must meet specific criteria to maintain their position.
Timeline
There is no time limit for achieving and maintaining mastership levels, as long as individuals have a valid membership status. However, there are restrictions on how quickly individuals can be promoted, especially beyond the Diamond Master level.
Restrictions on promotion
Promotion of two levels in one entry is not permitted beyond the Diamond Master level. To be promoted to higher mastership levels, individuals must achieve the previous mastership level multiple times.
Mastership Promotion & Incentives
Incentives for different Masterships
Each mastership level is associated with different incentives and rewards. These incentives include cash bonuses, travel tickets, car rental fees, luxury cars, studio apartment rentals, and salaries for assistants and drivers.
Membership Promotion & Incentives
Products based on purchase price
The promotion and incentives for membership are based on the purchase price of products. The higher the purchase price, the greater the rewards and incentives.
Travel tickets
Travel tickets are provided as incentives for achieving certain mastership levels. The number of travel tickets and the value associated with them vary based on the mastership level.
Car rental fee
Certain mastership levels qualify for a monthly car rental fee as an incentive. The value of the car rental fee varies based on the mastership level.
Luxury car
At the Crown Master and Imperial Master levels, individuals are rewarded with a luxury car as an incentive. The specific make and model of the luxury car may vary.
Studio apartment rental
As an incentive, Crown Masters receive a rental subsidy for a studio apartment. This rental subsidy allows Crown Masters to have a dedicated workspace.
Assistant and driver salary
Imperial Masters receive a monthly salary for an assistant and a driver. These salaries are provided to support their business activities and ensure smooth operations.
Education Commission
Payment to cover operational expenses
A portion of a Center’s total PV (6%) is paid as Education Commission to cover operational expenses. This commission helps support the education and training activities of Atomy members.
Limit on commission to members
The total amount of commission paid to members cannot exceed 35% of the total sales income. This limit ensures a fair distribution of commissions and supports the sustainability of the compensation plan.
Calculation of commissions and bonus
All calculations of commissions and bonus are automatically set to comply with the 35% limit on commission to members. This automated calculation ensures accuracy and transparency in the compensation plan.
